The records comprising this series provide documentation of the names and related information of the livestock dealers of Baldwin County for the dates listed. The information includes the name, business address, license number, truck license number and date of registry of each dealer.

This bound volume documents the names of the pharmacists and morticians licensed to pursue their professional activities in Baldwin County. Information included consists of: (1) the name of each registrant, (2) their profession, (3) the date of registration, (4) the signatures of their peers who approved of the license, and (5) their license number. This volume is also included in Unit 7, 1879 - 1882, of RG 105-10-35.

This record consists of four loose-leaf lists of men. Some are listed under the phrase "In Memory". This list is probably composed of the names of the men who served in World War II from Baldwin County.

These volumes document the estate sales of deceased persons in Baldwin County. Information found in them includes: (1) name of owner; (2) a list of property sold; (3) the name of the purchaser; (4) the price paid for each item, and (5) the date transaction occurred.

The volumes in this series document the issuance of these orders and other additional information including: (1) the names of the plaintiffs and defendants; (2) the term of court in which case was introduced; (3) the issue involved in case, and (4) judgement rendered.

Issue dockets are often called claim dockets. They contain information which documents the claim of individuals against the property of other litigants. Information in these volumes includes: (1) the term of court; (2) case number; (3) names of litigants, and (4) judgement rendered.

Series consists of ledgers, variously titled: Banking Records; Bank Statements; State Banking Ledger.

This series consists of Annual Reports of the Building and Loan Associations by the Commissioner. Each report includes the following information for each Building and Loan Association: name of the association; date association began business; names of officers and directors; assets, itemized by type; liabilities, itemized by type; number of members; number of outstanding loans; and dividend rate paid and whether by paid up shares or mortgage pledged shares.

This series consists of original unbound arranged and unarranged probated wills and records pertaining to wills of Banks County. No effort has been made to compare the completeness of this series with the recorded copies in the Will Record volumes.

This book contains mostly records of warrants granted but there are some entries relating to other actions of the County Commissioners.

One of the responsibilities of the Ordinary was to distribute to elected officials copies of Georgia Laws, Georgia Reports (decisions of the Supreme Court), and other books. These receipts usually show which volumes were issued, the name of the recipient, and the date.

This series consists of an Order Book for the City of Macon and provides documentation of what goods and services the municipal government ordered during the period listed. Information presented in this volume includes: (1) the number of the order; (2) from whom goods or services were purchased and specifically what they consisted of; (3) the amount of money involved in each transaction, and (4) which department of the government was charged for the order.

This series is composed of bound volumes which provide documentation of the property values for taxable purposes of the residents of Macon for the dates listed. These volumes provide information similar to that found in RG 309-1-1. Information presented in these volumes includes: (1) name of resident and valuation of each resident's home or business property, and (2) a map showing the address of such property.

This volume provides documentation of the transfer of property for the City of Macon for the dates listed and is, in effect, an index to the deed records. Information provided includes (1) name of grantor; (2) name of grantee; (3) book in which deed was recorded; (4) amount of money involved in transaction; (5) date of transaction; (6) address of property, and (7) remarks.

Claim dockets contain information which document the claims of individuals against the property of other litigants. These dockets are similar to other civil cases except they are limited to claims cases. Information presented in these volumes includes: (1) names of plaintiffs and defendants; (2) case number; (3) date of judgment; (4) amount of principal and interest involved; (5) an enumeration of court costs, and (6) date Fifa (fieri facias) was issued.

This series is composed of bound volumes which provide documentation of the various individuals who were obligated to execute a bond for their later appearance before the Court to answer criminal charges against them. The information provided includes: (1) name of Principal and Security; (2) date of execution of bond; (3) date of trial or appearance, and (4) the crime the Principal was charged with committing.

This series is composed of bound volumes which document the criminal complaints filed in the City Court. Information presented in these dockets includes: (1) name of defendant; (2) names of plaintiff's witnesses; (3) date subpoena was issued to them; (4) to whom delivered (usually to the sheriff); (5) names of defendant's witnesses and date subpoena was issued to them; (6) to whom delivered (usually the sheriff), and (7) sheriff's remarks.
